The Southern Oregon University Foundation welcomes your interest in our financial operations and performance. We take great pride in stewarding the private gifts raised to support Southern Oregon University, in accordance with the intended purposes of each generous donor.
The financial and investment operations of the SOU Foundation are under the direct oversight of the volunteer Board of Trustees, which has delegated specific responsibilities to the Finance and Investment committee, composed of trustees.
The SOU Foundation's financial statements are audited annually by an independent audit firm in accordance with auditing standards generally accepted in the United States.
